Got this for testing and I decided to share with you guys.
It's running on new kernel 3.3.1, meaning it can co-exist with Open AZbox MOD (OpenPLi).
I would suggest to extract the firmware file (flash.jffs2) from the .img using free tool 7-Zip, rename into image1.jffs2 (that's in a case you wanna keep Open AZBox MOD Prerelease 2 in BOOT[0]), place it on USB stick along with update.ext from Open AZBox MOD Prerelease 2, and then Upgrade from USB stick, installing it into BOOT[1].
Some things are known for not working, i.e. WebIf.
If tempted to install IPKG files, the command is: opkg-cl
Emu's do work, but you have to install some supportive libs and symlinks.

Algumas coisas são conhecidos para não trabalhar, ou seja, webif. Se tentado a instalar arquivos ipkg, o comando é: opkg-cl Emu de fazer o trabalho, mas você tem que instalar algumas libs de suporte e links simbólicos. Para a função de 'garra' screenshots uso de MOD AZbox Open.
